Model Call: Sung Jin Park
Dressed in head-to-toe denim, Sung Jin Park is quick to explain his signature look. “I like old rockabilly style,” says the 22-year-old Wilhelmina model. “I always wear denim on denim with suspenders and slicked back hair. Everybody usually looks so similar, so the photographers and editors all know now that I like this style. Most Asians don’t know about American street style.” Straight off an impressive first season, including walking for Marc by Marc Jacobs, J. Crew and Todd Snyder, the South Korea native sat down with WWD.  For the full interview

Model Call: Kelly Gale
Kelly Gale is your typical teenager. The 17-year-old high schooler struggles with French homework, has a gym teacher who picks on her (despite an eight-year stretch on the soccer team) and hopes to one day walk in the Victoria’s Secret fashion show. Unlike most teens, Gale has a leg up on that last goal. The Swede (though her mother is from India, her father from Australia) broke into modeling at the tender age of 13 with children’s wear jobs, but it wasn’t until last December, when Gale walked in Chanel’s pre-fall show, that she hit the big leagues. We sat down with the DNA-repped stunner just weeks before she embarked on her first full fashion season.

Model Call: Dallas Alberti
You’re heading into your sophomore year at SUNY Binghamton. Were you hesitant to get into modeling with college on your plate?D.A.: At first I thought of it as a summer job, to be honest, because I’m in school. I just thought it’s better than working at like TGI Fridays. I was doing retail at Aéropostale before, just walking around folding clothes for six to eight hours so I thought this could be fun and different. Are you a master folder?D.A.: Oh yeah. That’s like my one skill. My mom said, “Oh wow, you’re good.”

Model Call: Clara Settje
The ballerina-turned-Trump model recently sat down with WWD between castings to talk fashion week, Christian high schools and chicken crepes.
WWD: How are you feeling going into your first full season? Clara Settje: Well, I did a season when I was just 16 in New York, but I only did a few shows. I did Christian Cota, Alice & Olivia and a few others. I was an option for Marc Jacobs, but I didn’t end up getting the show. I was still in high school, though, and my mom was smart so she put me back in school. I went to a Christian private school in Texas, which is always lovely when you’re a model because they automatically think you’re a Playboy model.
WWD: What part of fashion month are you most excited about?  CS: Paris. There’s something special about New York because it’s the first city and there’s a certain energy to it, but I’m looking forward to being in Paris. I want to go buy a chicken and cheese crepe, then I want to go to the park and eat the crepe, drink coffee, smoke a cigarette and read a book — just completely relax. For More

Model Call: Magda Laguinge
WWD: How will you recharge before the shows?Laguinge: It’s very important to meditate, to relax your mind basically. Also, sleep a lot because when the shows start, it’s impossible. I mean if you’re doing a lot of shows, you sleep like three or four hours per night. But I love it. It’s a very important time for your career. If you have a good season, you grow a lot. It’s weird, you can go from a nobody to someone important if you walk in like one big show.WWD: You’ve become quite a somebody. Did you know there’s a blog about you called ‘I Love Magda Laguinge’?Laguinge: Yes, I know! It’s really surprising. It’s so crazy. Can you imagine, for a normal girl to see people start to write about you? It’s insane.
